Described as having a clean and fresh hop aroma including cedar woodiness, spice, and subtle lemon zest. A newer variety released in 2013 that is daughter of Glacier. Tahoma provides a “smooth bitterness” with a low cohumulone profile. Tahoma has great all-around hop characteristics for many traditional beer styles and does well in wheat beers, saisons, session ales, and pale ales.
