The terroir of the Michigan Centennial is thought of to be more lemon lime than a traditional “citrus” profile of pnw Centennial. Grapefruit and floral notes are present as well. Our Centennial hops have been know for high oil levels and are a fast mover, always sold out by the current year harvest time.
